Turning vision into reality, the third edition of the New Year celebrations organised by Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar at Baina Beach witnessed an overwhelming response from the public, drawing a massive crowd of over 25,000 people. The grand event transformed the Baina coastline into a vibrant hub of festivities, joy, and togetherness, firmly establishing Baina Beach as one of Goa’s premier destinations to welcome the New Year.
Residents from Mormugao, neighbouring constituencies, and tourists gathered in large numbers to usher in New Year 2026 in a safe, inclusive, and celebratory atmosphere.
