New Delhi, March 9, 2024: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant held a  meeting with the Hon’ble Home Minister Shri Amit Shah in New Delhi today, Expressing his sincere gratitude on behalf of the people of Goa, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant conveyed his appreciation to the Hon’ble Home Minister for the unwavering support extended by the Union Government for taking  significant developments  in favor of Goa’s Scheduled Tribe (ST) community. The Union Government, led by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has granted Cabinet approval for political reservation for the ST Community in Goa.
