Mormugao, Goa – Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar has once again delivered on his promise by addressing a crucial issue raised in the recent Assembly session. The MLA officially launched a new bucket-mounted crane under the Electricity Department, aimed at tackling various infrastructural challenges in the Mormugao constituency.
Previously, the entire Mormugao Taluka relied on just one crane, which often led to delays in addressing essential services such as streetlight maintenance, tree cutting, and other critical tasks. The introduction of this new crane is expected to significantly improve the efficiency of the department, ensuring timely responses to these issues.
Speaking at the launch event, MLA Amonkar emphasized the importance of this new addition to the local infrastructure. “This new crane will play a vital role in addressing the long-pending demands of the Mormugao residents. With this, we can now ensure better maintenance of streetlights, timely tree cutting, and swift action on other issues that directly affect the daily lives of our people,” he stated.
