High-Level Enquiry Committee Seeks Information on Goa University Paper Leak

Panaji, March 27, 2025 – In a significant development, the Goa government has constituted a High-Level Enquiry Committee to investigate the alleged paper leakage at the School of Physics and Applied Sciences, Goa University. The committee will be chaired by Justice (Retd.) R. M. S. Khandeparkar and has been tasked with gathering evidence and verifying claims related to the scandal.

The committee has invited individuals with authentic information or documents related to the case to come forward. Such information should be submitted in an affidavit, sealed cover, and addressed to Dr. Gervasio S. F. L. Mendes, Liaisoning Officer, Office of Additional Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Goa Education Complex, Alto Porvorim. Submissions can be made personally or via speed post on or before April 1, 2025.
