Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant Empowers Social Media Influencers with Official Roles

Panaji, March 7, 2024 – In a pioneering move to leverage the influence of social media, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant distributed official appointment orders to empanelled Social Media Influencers associated with the Government through the Department of Information & Publicity. The ceremony took place at the Old Goa Medical College Building in Campal, witnessed by prominent figures including Vice Chairman of Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) Smt. Delilah Lobo and Chief Executive Officer of ESG, Ms. Ankita Mishra IAS.

The event marked a significant step in recognizing the role of social media influencers in shaping public opinion and disseminating vital information. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, known for his forward-thinking approach, highlighted the importance of engaging influencers in government communications.
